You must set up and connect your Stripe Account in order to be able to cash out your Coins.

You can connect your Stripe Account in your Settings under Billing.

Cashing Out

Upon cashing out for your first time, you should receive an email like this for your first successful payout and receive your first deposit with 3-5 business days.

After that you should receive emails like this from stripe for your following payouts and receive the deposit within 1-3 business days.

If you do not receive any confirmation emails from stripe for your payouts within 24 hours of initiating your payout please contact [email protected]
